What to buy 11 month old DD?

So far I have a rock and roll elmo, big box of mega blocks, a leapfrog my puppy pal violet, and a vtech plastic book thing that makes sounds. I don't want to get her anymore plastic toys, more thinking small things. My friend is getting her a basic xylophone because she loves banging stuff. I have little wooden toys in my basket on amazon. Should I get her craft stuff? Like paints or crayons? Her bday is end of January so I want to get her stuff to do her through till next Xmas.

gosh that sounds plenty for an 11 month old to be honest- they will have no idea it's christmas!!

I know, i don't want to overdo it with her. Most of what I've got has been bought second hand from my friends who overdo it with their dc's.

I would go for some books. Board books like the That's not my .... Range are great or the ladybird This little .... Range.

My DD is 16 months and facinated with books, she constantly brings us over books to read to her and loves her thats not my fairy and this little teddy book. Redhouse have some fab deals.

Anyone who has asked what to get her I've told them books, but more story books, ill def add some board books to the list. At the moment ever time I try to read her a book she tries to rip the pages!!
