Can I use my playmobil figures with this rescue station.

My little boy is a young 4 (going on 5 but young in attitude) and I am thinking of getting this as it is £56, I do have a playmobil fire station, but this seems to have more play value.

What do you all think?

This was up in our local store recently - I didn't pay that much attention to it (though DS, 4, loved it!) and I would have thought playmobil figures would be an ok size for it. Good to get it at £56.

I've bought it for ds age 4 in December and think it will be perfect for playmobil figures!

Thanks armani, he loves playmobil, but I am sick of rebuilding the castle, and the idea of a fire station fills me with dread, I think Ill ebay the fire station, and then he can have this instead.

It says £70? Have you got a code to make it £56?

milkymocha · 19/11/2012 18:12

I have bought this for DS1 so glad it has some positive feedback!! Smile

TuftyFinch · 19/11/2012 18:19

But how did you get it for £56?

izzyishavingababyAGAIN · 19/11/2012 18:23

If you go to the elc homepage - there is a 20% off discount code if you spend £75 - so I bought somemchrostmas make your own hand puppets for £2.50 and just some paint at £1 each to get up to £75. Then add the code to reduce £75 by £15.

We built our rescue garage last night - It's great, really good quality and loads of accessories.

ELC have 50% off Rosebud and Big City toys. They've brought back the code E4HD 20% off when you spend £75. Until 26th Nov

Fantastic! Thank you so much. I was going to get this for DS last year but it had gone back to full price. He'll be soo pleased. He's 5 nearly 6 though- he's not too old for it is he? I mean I know he's not but will it seem 'babyish'? CBEebies is now deemed 'babyish'.

izzyishavingababyAGAIN · 19/11/2012 20:01

I figure mid year when elc prices are high the resale value should be at least £30-£35 so if it isn't a hit thats what I will be doing
