I can't think of anything original Sad

Have got him little stocking fillers and the usual stuff, smellies, etc, but I usually get him a main present too, and I just can't think of anything I've not done before.

Tell me your wonderful ideas please so I can steal them Smile

I have got DH a set of virtual reality glasses, he can sit and watch movies etc on a 72 inch screen while the DC'S watch cartoons and not have daddy moaning that its his turn for tv. Also this gift means I do not have to have the full size 72 inch screen in my living room as this was what he was planning on buying after Xmas xx

We dont get gifts for eachother but each year I wish I could think of something nice to give him.
Despite so many ideas, I have DH with no interests as such.
No sports
No alcohol
No "experience days"
No gaming/anything technical
Clothes a bit naff for a gift

He is so hard to buy for!

Mine has hinted for the third Christmas in a row now that he would really like a Star Wars DVD box set. The cheaper DVD box set is actually on Blu-Ray. So, I am probably going to get us a Blu-Ray player, if ever I can settle on a model.

Previous Xmas giftie was a camera to replace the one I knocked off the kitchen counter and smashed (oops Blush). The one before that was a white-water rafting voucher, which we ended up redeeming on our honeymoon. :)

DH is getting:

  1. a vaping device (not much of a present far as I'm concerned though, coz he ordered and paid for it, I gave him half the money and it's now mine to hide till Xmas day Xmas Hmm)
  2. World at War 5-DVD set (I know he wants it)
  3. a massive box of Cadbury's fingers Xmas Grin

That's it. We both have an overspending ban (usually of about £100)
    and we don't do stockings.

I don't know if your DH smokes, OP, but to anyone whose partner does smoke (and might be talking of giving up, or you've been nagging at them for yearsXmas Wink) I really do advise you try a vaping kit (aka electronic cigarette). There are lots of kits available for all budgets, but if you decide to get one I suggest you ask around on vapers' forums to help you choose. There are some surprisingly good and bad ones. Some look exactly like a cig, some more like a torch and some like a truncheon! E-liquids come in all sorts of strengths (i.e. nicotine concentration) and flavours range from various brands of tobacco to stuff like caramel capuccino, strawberry shortcake to pretty weird stuff like smokey bacon and Cola Kisses Xmas Confused

If he is a Manchester United Fan then Man Utd have released a 6 month and twelve month subscription to MUTV. It is cheap £40 and £75 and does not auto renew. SO its one off in a presentation pack and seems to be quite popular.
