Xbox Kinect

How much space do you need for this? We have a very average sized living room (through lounge) in a 3 bed semi. Would it work? I keep hearing different things and wondered if anyone had one who could help.

I just asked DS (14). He has xbox but not xbox kinect because of space (we are in a 3-bed terraced house). He says you really need a minimum distance of ten feet between your TV and the player. Our living room is just a bit too small once you factor in the furniture, and his bedroom is even smaller!

DS also says you can go on You Tube to see demos of how much space you will need.
