Sheriff Hat & Badge - for 5 year old

I'm on the look out for a good sheriff hat & badge fo 5 year old DS. The only Sheriff hats I have seen out & about are at ELC & Disney & were "plastic" rather than "felt/material" - does that maske sense ? I know what I'm after I just can't find it ! Any suggestions please ?

Try shessewunique on eBay. Got a great fireman costume, not at all plasticky.
