best night before Christmas book

Hi all

Does anybody have any recommendations for a lovely hard back night before Christmas book? Our current book is a paperback, years old and looking a bit tatty. Ive had a look on amazon but there are loads lo choose from and I dont know which one to pick!

This is the book we have. It isn't very big, but it is lovely and the illustrations are beautiful. Not a bad price either £3.35 delivered.

I still like How The Grinch Stole Christmas or Jesus Birthday Party!

The one in oreocrumbs link is soooooooo gorgeous. A really traditional , beautiful book.

I've got an M&S one that's about 10 years old but the pictures are more 'cartoon' like. (Though it has a nice little ribbon to tie it)

And even though my DC will be 10.6 and 13 yo by Christmas, the book comes out every year to read.
