Is it suitable for an 11 yr old, or is it for slightly older? Can't quite work it out from reviews.

It's perfect for an 11yo, although a little expensive for what it is imho.

I got a set for my DH last year and DD(11) had great fun getting involved with it. Best thing built so far - the rubic cube solver. So much fun watching it go!
