Hiya just looking for some advice on dolls prams. i bought my DD a Baby Alive doll and thought about getting her a nice pram to go with it. Have been looking at the Silver Cross prams (not the carriage ones cant afford that!) and i was wondering is it worth paying the extra £10-£15 on getting a silver cross pram compared to cheaper versions of the pram? Thanks :)

Best pram ime is that ladybird hard plastic one - I had a fancy pram and always ignored it in favour of the ladybird. We had a gathering at my gran's and all the kids loved it.

Another suggestion for your budget - you can get mini Mamas & Papas prams for dollies, more modern than carriage built type and I can imagine little ones would be delighted with them. I've seen them in catalogues, try Argos maybe?

Silver cross ranger.

NDN's DD has this pram, and it is sturdy and being well played with. It is withstanding shall we say vigorous play from our 2 girls!

It is much sturdier than most I have seen. I was considering it for DD but have decided to get something other than a pram. When I do get her a new pram I will most likely get this one.

It is worth having a mooch around a toy shop and try some out, because some of the ones I looked at online were very poor in the flesh.

Silver cross ranger is dd's (2.7) choice of pram she loves it! Very easy to get doll onto unlike the sit-up pushchair types. Is sturdy, looks great, folds up so can be transported too
