how long will cooked turkey keep?

Has been wrapped in foil and kept in fridge since we finished lunch yesterday.

How many days would you keep it for?

If it was cut and cooled quickly I would think it was fine for 3 days so Wed latest.

I'd say Weds should be fine but would throw after that.

We are happy with cold turkey today, but tomorrow, the turkey will be incorporated into a pie and curry.

I'd do two days cold, plus another day or two if cooked into something. Freeze early on anything you don't think you'll get finished- I cut it into chunks and freeze in bags so it defrosts quickly and you can lob into things like curry or whatnot.

Turkey is 3 - 4 days in fridge :)
