Turkey cooking help please.

Hello,
Please help.
I have a 3lb turkey crown with stuffing inside it.
I have a fan assisted oven.
What temperature should I cook it and for how long please.
It is fresh not frozen :)

God knows.

After my first and only attempt to cook a turkey two years ago, which involved red meat, lunch minus turkey at 4pm and turkey sandwiches several hours later then finding the giblets still inside on Boxing day we're having (pre-filleted) salmon this year.
