When do I defrost my turkey crown?

took mine out yesterday to defrost slowly in fridge checked this evening and its still solid hoping its defrosted by saterday

it depends how heavy it is and where you are defrosting it (in/out of the fridge). The nhs site says this:

In a fridge at 4ºC (39ºF), allow about 10 to 12 hours per kg, but remember that not all fridges will be this temperature.

In a cool room (below 17.5ºC, 64ºF), allow approximately three to four hours per kg, or longer if the room is particularly cold.

At room temperature (about 20ºC, 68ºF) allow approximately two hours per kg.

Mine will be coming out this afternoon, but i have a very small crown. It'll go out in the utitility room (cool room) then into the fridge on Saturday morning (as were not home to keep checking it)

My frozen turkey crown is just 1.60kg as just me and daughter Xmas day. But I don't know when to take it out of freezer and where to defrost it! Help!
