Shortbread, Mince Pies and Gingerbread

Bit boring but how long in advance can I make these if they are going to be stored in an airtight container?

I would have thought up to a week would be fine, although in this house they wouldn't last two days, as they would all be eaten

they're supposed to be the kids 'gift' to my nan although I will have to put them up high as DS keeps eating the tops of mince pies
