Afternoon all !

This time in a week it will be CHRISTMAS DAY !

And we will all be stuffed little turkeys, or about to be stuffed little turkeys, feeling very smug happy that all the presents have gone down well !

This week is just going to fly isn't it ?

The weather looks to be on our side, so far, apart from in Scotland. I love snow, and especially at Christmas, but it can be very annoying before, as it makes everything take twice as long. I don't envy you if you are living in Scotland and due lots of snow this week. I would love some approximately 4pm Christmas Eve afternoon, when I am snug as a bug in my house and everything is almost done !

I am going to be mostly chilled this week, making sure the house is cleaned from top to bottom, all washing done etc....which can all be done whilst mnetting, apart from Friday when I will be doing my headless chicken impression again. I really don't mind though, it's all part of the fun !

I would like to join the request of snow for 5pm Christmas Eve. That would be the third year in a row if it snowed, fingers crossed.

I won't be done till Christmas Eve, but I can have a couple of snowballs Friday night, can't I ?

No it doesn't make you sad at all, of course it doesn't. I only started posting back in April, but this place has helped me so much get through some struggles and the stress of 'daily life', it would seem almost rude not to come on and post and wish one and all a Merry Christmas !

Also, sad as I sound, I think of some of you lovely people as friends, so why would I not come say Hi and wish you a Merry Christmas ?

I haven't been in touch with a friend of mine for ages, and I have given up trying to work out if she will be in touch for Christmas or not....if she decides to come and see us, she will have to be content with alcohol and nibbles !
