Sailing experience Days

Hi, DH loves all things sailing related, and I'd like to book in a sailing experience day. Has anyone got any recs for companies that do this? We're in London, so something in the South would be preferable.

ahh.... you're in London... had suggetions but I'm west coast of Scortalnd - unless you want to make it a trip! Don't they do seaplane trips down the Thames? Got them in Glasgow.

I booked one for my dh with 'flying fish online'. He had fab time and did the round the island race (isle of wight).
