I need a stable!

We have a really lovely little set of nativity figures that were bought for DD's first Christmas, but they're tiny weeny, and get a bit lost by themselves.

I really want an empty stable to put them in!

A couple of years ago our garden centre had loads but I was penniless and couldn't stretch to them. Now I want to buy one and I can't.

The only one I've seen is this one but before I part with £25 for it, has anyone seen anything else?

could you look on ebay and see if you can get one maybe with the figures missing or damaged etc, chuck the figures and keep the stable - it may be cheaper.

Probably too much like real stables (and expensive) but the specialist shop is Utterlyhorses.com We've bought DD a stable for her toy horses from there this Christmas.

my DH just made a box with one aide off. Stained it with some old varnish and filled it with hay. place nativity in open box with hay and buy 1,99 set of clear lights from pound shop. set them around to make a fab little scene. X

Sounds great Fakeblondie, I think I might need to go down this route myself if I can't find anything suitable on ebay.

Why wasn't the Utterlyhorses site around when I was a pony-mad pre-teen? The little haybales! The tiny salt-licks! Just stopped myself from being diverted into buying stuff for me to play with Grin
