What sort of ratio of winning and non winning tickets should you have in hte bucket? How do you make sure all prizes are won???

Any ideas and advice welcome

I'm doing my first Tombola at a local summer market in a few weeks with a friend. We have chosen to do 0 5 and 9 for prizes. charging 25p per ticket or 5 for a£1, do you think this is fair? the prizes range from sweets and bottles of bubble bath to pieces of silver jewellery and wall canvas and wall decals, and everything else in between. Everything is new or hand made. I like the idea of having a couple of extra prizes under the table just in case of errors or light fingers. Up to now we have 85 prizes .
