I want to try a new christmas pud recipe this year - does anyone have a tried and tested fave recipe?

I made my first christmas pud last year... not because anyone in the house likes it (I hate it!) but because DH always has a bit 'because its christmas' ... so I found a recipe online where the reviews were ace and it was marked as lighter than most puds... did it last year - easy peasy.. DH loved it and told me not to change the recipe and make sure I made it again this year - so I have! (I tasted a sliver after the first steaming and shhh but its not bad!)
