Presents for boys

I have two DD's and like most girls they love tat, smellies, crafty stuff so stockings are easy!

However, I'm trying to put a bag of smaller goodies together for two boys. They are aged 10 and 8, and I'm not sure what to put in each bag. So far, I've got some chocolate and a book.

Any ideas?

Lego, Ben 10 things, colouring stuff are all favourites of my nearly 7 yo ds.

A bouncy ball, yo-yo, pack of cards or a card game, those temporary tattoos, stickers, glow sticks... all those will be in my boys stockings this year.

Good ideas thanks.

I'm so used to lip gloss, Tracey bloody beaker and Hello Kitty that I can't see the wood for the pink girly tat. Grin

Top Gear annual, simpsons annual, smellies, hair stuff ( comb, hair wax etc ) selection box, torch.

If you go to somewhere like tesco you could get some of the collectable little packet things like, Lego mini figures, playmobil figures, morbs, dagedar racers, moshi monsters, match attax, hm armed forces figures etc. These are things my boys ate always begging for in whsmiths type shops at the checkout and I generally say no to so I went and got a great selection for their stocking fillers! Good luck

Agree with the Lego mini figures, although DS1 would prefer Halo ones Hmm.

Dr Who cards. Footie Cards. 10 year old might appreciate some smellies.

Do they like Moshie Monsters or Bin WEeevils? You can get little key ring thingies of these characters.

this www.hawkin.com/20670-08660/flashing-eye-glide-ball
the most popukar stocking present by far with my 2 DSs 13 and 11 last year.
Older teenage cousins loved it too.

Daftapath · 25/11/2011 16:22

Lego minifigures, Plop Trumps www.firebox.com/product/2201/Plop-Trumps Hmm, Annuals (Match, Simpsons, Merlin, Dr Who), favourite Footie team stuff - water bottle, socks.

A new toothbrush or bubble bath would be as far as my 10 yr old woud go on the smellies front Grin

Any little silly/amazing facts books or joke books go down well too.

cromwell thank you! I had one of those for DS and we were gutted when we lost it, and couldn't find another one again (till now Grin)
