looking to buy a nintendo DS for dd2 for Christmas. Doesn't have to be a 3ds just looking for the best value for money.

I've just ordered a 3DS on Amazon. It was £119. I ordered a game with it and it was £10 cheaper than through Game. Don't forget to get extra insurance - it has paid off for us in the past.

Some places do a package if you don't mind the colour so you get a DS and game. We got our DS through game.

I got a lovely one with a case and several games for £50.

As Wolfie says, if you go to Game or another 'games' store, they usually have deals. Don't be put off by "it's this colour with this/these games", if you want a specific colour DS and specific games, Game are very good for haggling with !

Specify your colour and game/s and ask them for the best deal they can give you. I would recommend getting a case for the DS, it just keeps them nice and no risk of breakage if accidentally dropped !
