Scalectrix set for almost 5 year old?

DS is almost 5 and will be asking Father Xmas to bring him a Scalectrix for Xmas. He had a go an an "adult" one but kept sending the cars off the track!

Can anyone advise the best set?

There is also a range called "start" as well.

Thanks Lizzy, I have just got a good deal on a set from Tesco- was half price and I did the voucher exchange thing!

We have had plenty of scalex over the years. DH used to put tape around the controller so you could only push it in so far. That way the cars stayed on the track and we weren't retreiving them all the time.
Can't explain how he does it but it works!
