Had a look on Pinterest and saw this? Isn't everything on there homemade? I'm not a member just had a look.

No, People on pinterest pin photos that they like from the web for inspiration like an online version of cutting pictured out of magazines and sticking on a pinboard.

Doesn't have to be. Just images or concepts the individual likes. Try searching for boobs, for example

Hi, sorry to hijack thread, can I just ask if anyone can help me? I got an invite from Pinterest, but the filter on my email went bananas and kept flashing red at me and saying "this message looks suspicious to us so we've blocked all the content for your safety"! Has anyone else had this, and is it ok to just over-ride it? TIA

twonoisyboys I haven't had that, but I did get loads of notifications every time somebody "Liked" or "re-pinned" something I had pinned before. I selected the option on Pinterest for them not to email me the notifications.

I found this blog post very helpful to explain all about Pinterest and how it works. It is very addictive though, it should come with a health warning! It even kept me off MN for a little while!

You don't actually need an invite to join, just register and they send a message to your email account (might take a day or two) that's all there is to it. Pinterest is brilliant.

It's much quicker to be invited though!
