Can anyone recommend some nice christmassy scented candles for my home? I am on a tight budget this year so not to pricey.

ENormaSnob I loves them! The vanilla ones smell gorgeous and the big 3 wick ones have lasted us for ages! They do sell some overpriced tat but the candles themselves are lovely.

Must just be mine then Sad

I have the church candle one (can't remember the scent it's supposed to be) and 3 smaller ones in glass jars, one of which is pine. None of them smell of anything at all, just warm wax Confused

they were really ££££ too.

Sticking to my glade ones now Grin

OP..you need Welcome Christmas and/or Christmas eve in the Yankee Candle selection.

ENormaSnob I haven't tried the glade ones, maybe I should compare and contrast?! If anything, have found the partylite ones a bit too strong at times - had some 'fresh linen' tealights that I had to bury in a cupboard as they were just too strong!

Glade are still 2 for 1 at Wilkos Grin. I bought some yesterday!!!

Do you have an oil burner? I have used The Body Shop Cranberry Fragrance oil in mine for the last few years and think I've got a few years use left! I noticed the other day they had a new Christmas one - Candied Ginger, smelt lovely and the oil is only £3.50

I love Sainsbury's own Christmas Spice oil..use it sparingly though as it's quite strong but lovely.
