Okay it's a bit of a hassle but I finally managed to suss to get mine to work.

I went through quidco - GET10 is £10 off a £40 spend.

I put in full price non 3 for 2 items to £40, then I put the code on the shopping basket page.

Then I put in my 3 for 2 items, then took off the other items, still came to over £40, still got £10 off and automatically got free delivery for being over £30.

Hope that helps someone!
