I did an Advanced Search for Stocking present ideas, ordered a little online and just back from the shops with my list and I got the lot.

I can't quite believe it. Grin

fyi - thanks to your recommendations I got:

  • Patterned fairy plasters from H & M
  • Fart putty from Hawkins
  • Chop your Finger off toy from Hawkins
  • Marshmallow fluff
  • Whoopee cushion from Hawkins

I also got:

  • fairy shrinkles
  • magic slates
  • fairy dust
  • lip balm
  • craft stuff
  • stationery stuff
  • sweet stuff
  • Deadly 60 cards
  • bath stuff

My DC are 5 (DD) and 8 (DS).

Whats on your stocking list for your DC?

I use this site - it was recommended by someone on here about 3 years ago, i think. I love the traditional stuff, I can't bear the amount of plastic tat my DC's end up getting.

I used tickseed last year, fantastic stocking fillers, very east to spend a lot of money with three children though.

LowLevelWhiiingeing · 12/11/2011 09:58

balia, that is a great site!

nordiccamper · 12/11/2011 12:10

Done! £60 and all stockings will be filled, only need fruit and a selection pack now.

Selection packs aren't reduced in Sainsbo's yet, so I'm holding out.....have lots to buy for other people's DC.

I got a huge box from tickseed (LOADS of things for £40) and that was practically everything for the stockings (for 3 teens and 3 LOs) in one fell swoop Grin I just need chocolate coins for the toes and a chocolate santa to stick out of the top of each one, and a few fun size bars for in between and that's it.
