Hello all

Have started my lists and while the women and kids are easy for the first time in years I have a load of men to buy for, none of whom I know very well -they are all partners of my sisters and as we have a huge family I don't want to spend loads - around 20 quid each.

Any ideas for nice generic mens things that aren't socks?

cheers xx

Watching with interest, although I have a larger secret Santa budget of £100 to spend on BIL.

He's always usually just had a voucher of some kind.

For £20, a good bottle of wine? Someone on another thread also suggested an EasyJet voucher and I really like that idea...am sure your sisters will too, plant the seed of the idea of a weekend away!

wine is always my default present - but won't work for this lot for various reasons...

I like the idea of an easyjet voucher ...though we are in aus so the equivalent and yes my sisters would love that too - hmmm perhaps someone else will be along with ideas which somehow simultaneously meets my goal of it being really easy and looking like I have been really thoughtful Hmm

Actually a Taste card would be a great one for my BIL, thanks!

I'm doing stockings for the men in my family this year, spending between 20 to 30 pounds.

Something to eat: retro sweets or jelly belly beans for dh
Something to drink: unusual beer or wine
Something to wear: warm woolly socks
Something to read: dh doesn't really read so he will get running magazines
Something funny: hawkins bazzar
Something useful: I have my brother a lens cleaning pen for his camera

I think that will be easier and more appreciated than spending the same amount and getting it wrong.
