I can't put nails up as I want to put some lights up in uPVC conservatory. Blu tac works initially, then keeps falling down.

Any ideas?

Use Sellotape.

I saw a pack of 'suckers' for hanging lights in Asda yesterday with all the Christmas stuff.

Yes, those clear press on suckers are good. Homebase usually have them, and I think Wilkinson too. You need to make sure the surfaces are dust and grease free, so give a good wash down with washing-up liquid solution and dry with paper towel for best suction.

The other thing you can do (if you plan on doing it every year) is get some of those adhesive cable routing pads with a little hook on. You would need to leave them in place though as not easy to remove.
