We need a really good board game - any ideas?

I think Trivial Pursuit, Pictionary, Headbands etc. have lost their allure through over- use. We will be staking our chocolate money on pontoon and poker but it would be good to have a new board game which will keep me and DH + sons aged 20 and 17, girlfriend 16, and odd visitors happily occupied. We don't mind being silly if there is anything aimed at a much younger age group that might have us ROFL.

We're big card game fans here.
Poker, whist etc.

Has anyone got any ideas for a game that will interest all ages (3-60ish?)
Actually that also includes a miserable sod who doesn't like boardgames! Is there any that may convert him?

Wellies, My 4 yo DS plays Cranium junior with me in a team - when we do an acting, drawing or clay one I take him in the hall to tell him what the card says and then we "perform" together, it can have hilarious results (or maybe I need to get out more?).

Haha Mummysaurus, if you need to get out more then so do I, I think that could work for us as dd (3) is a total drama queen! Thanks
