Ds wants one and they are cheaper online but nervous in case they are not guaranteed.

Amazon customer service is brilliant. They replaced my kindle cover when the light broke because DH stood on it in his big army boots. I think you'd be safer than buying it from a normal shop!

I'll second amazon being marvellous. As long as you are buying from them and not a third party seller (in which case you'd need to contact them instead)
