Help Christmas blocked drain !!!!!

Hi if anyone has any knowledge about how to clear a blocked drain please help.
Have got a bath that is not emptying and a toilet that is backing up.
We are in a top flat and neighbours drains toilets are fine so it must be us, any ideas?????

We had this last wk and we aimed kettles of boiling water and salt down the bath plughole.

Amazing and tea time after a few attempts, it drained away.

It could be a frozen pipe. Do you have a sink plunger just incase?

If could be bath try emptying a bottle of fairy liquid down it, or bleach in loo.

if your toilet is blocked the outside man hole is blocked it may be not your drains, you need to rod it frolm ma\nhole

Thank you for all answers we have tried them all, it is draining slooooooowly a lovely man from a drain company came out and could not solve it as his van with rids is stuck too far away in ice!
He will come back tomorrow if he can and he did not charge any call out!
