I can't even boil an egg. How did I get roped into cooking Christmas dinner? And why have I left it until now to panic?

Do you have a turkey breast joint? Or is it a de-boned whole turkey? Also how much does it weigh? Are you planning on adding any stuffing to the joint or cooking separately?

Asked the butcher for a crown and he said they were only doing boneless crowns this year (butterfly??)
