Placed an order last week for 3 Christmas presents, all of which were showing in stock, to be delivered 1st class. Realised yesterday that I hadn't heard anything since confirmation email and checked my account on the website - all 3 have been backordered, although still showing as 'in stock', and they just hadn't bothered to let me know. Probably too late to get them anywhere else and they're not even answering their phone

I can understand that the snow might have caused them some issues, but it doesn't explain why they're listing things as in stick when they're not, nor why they haven't bothered to let me know. SO pissed off.
