Has anyone else noticed a new policy where Parcelforce only attempts one delivery?

then parcel is taken away and stashed in remote/chaotic depot

You can request additional deliveries online until you are blue in face: parcel won't come

Or you can slog off and retrieve it and lug it home on the bus (inconvenient but less so than having NO PRESENTS TO GIVE ANYONE on 25 dec)

I'm sure they used to attempt 2 or 3 deliveries as standard

I am waiting for a next day delivery parcel via parcel force - it was due on thursday, they told me they cant deliver because their depot is snowed in - when i pointed out i live down the road to the depot and there is NO SNOW IN SIGHT! they had no answer and said i might get it next week! they are crap

Here my parcelforce man likes to forge the signature, then leave the parcel behind front door and nearly month later when I'm still chasing my parcel they're insuring me I've signed it myself. Sorry but I know how my signature looks like. Unfortunately again expecting a delivery from them...
