Well , it depends what you are offering her. Mum generally likes to watch COuntdown, not sure if there is a DVD version. Other than that ,I think you could get her a magazine subscription, maybe the RadioTimes? I think she might also like some ski type gloves for this cold weather.

You're very kind Yuno, especially as I don't think you've actually met my mum.

Complete A Bit of Fry and Laurie
Complete Jeeves and Wooster

taintedsnow · 07/12/2010 19:17

One of the Coronation Street specials for my mum.

posey · 07/12/2010 20:50

Nativity

she'd love it, except it doesn't come on VHS and they think they're too old to get the use out of a DVDplayer Grin

So that's what I would buy but can't

hocuspontas · 07/12/2010 20:56

Andre Rieu in concert. She swears it's the music she likes but I reckon she just fancies him.

tummytickler · 07/12/2010 20:58

I have got my Mum 'Knowing'. She is quite into supernatural and apocalypse type films, so this fits the bill nicely.

YulenoYurbubson · 08/12/2010 03:00

Ha! Grin catinthehat.

Well, it's the least I can do.
