If you were buying a voucher for someone who lives in a small town (no chain stores or major supermarkets), what shop would be good to get a voucher for?

My secret santa recip lives somewhere small, and I don't want to get a voucher she can't make good use of!

John Lewis vouchers can be used on their website.

Ooh Amazon is a good idea, as they do free delivery (so all the vouchers go towards goodies).

John Lewis have a lovely range but I'm sure you pay delivery below a certain amount. If I received a voucher and then had to use some for delivery I'd be a bit gutted.
