gift ideas for sil?

she is 38 married but no kids, has lots of money and likes "nice things". she quite likes arty crafty things and has recently bought a sewing machine but never used it.her and bil like travelling but i have exhausted trave themed gifts over the years!

subscription to a sewing magazine and some novelty sewing bits to open on the day?

I agree with Elfy. If you can't find a sewing magazine you like, any magazine subscription related to her interests would be good.

I think Tesco do a crafty one, you could use points.

Museum Selection do a vintage looking sewing machine in wood. You could have fun putting in some bits and bobs!

id by a cookery or baking book. Or get her a nice underwear set

The craft superstore do craft totes which have always gone down well with crafty people I've given them to before, and some are on special offer at the moment

Would you really get underwear for a SIL? I wouldnt consider that, seems rather personal. Is it well received?
