Chocolate makers

Hi can anybody recommend which chocolate maker to get my dd the Suprise Egg Maker or the Choco Lotta fun factory both are expensive and dont even come with chocolate I dont know which one to buy.Thankyou

Not tried either of those, but the golden coin maker isn't bad.

DOn't know about the two you asked about - but we found the golden coin maker tedious and it takes ages to get any coins as you could only do one or two at a time. As I recall the instructions said warm up the chocolate in some kind of hot water filled thing... at which point ds lost interest and helped himself to the coins he got in his stocking instead. Was a complete waste of money Confused

Cheaper to get her some different moulds and some pretty wrappers than going down the "toy" route

I am starting to think that now tbh a lot of those toys are very over priced & rubbish they dont do what it says on the box.

Something like this isn't too expensive if you want to try it out. If she loves it then go for more moulds etc

Thanks Coca and gillybean2 - have an aunt who is diabetic and had no idea of a Christmassy choccy gift my DD could get her. Now i can buy a mould and some low sugar chocolate and make them - result! Smile
