Is there something you want to get as a present but just can't track down? Post it here and maybe somebody will either know where to find it, or will have one they no longer need.

I'm looking for the Alex Rider Six Missions audio CD set which the Book People used to have, but which is now sold out - anybody got one which they've listened to and are now not using?

Have you tried Ebay? or Amazon??

It was £14.99 at the Book People - on Ebay people are trying to sell them for at least £39 My budget doesn't stretch that far! £27.50 inc postage used on Amazon is a little better but still almost double what they'd be new from the Book People.

No wonder Book People sold out! Can you contact them to see if more stock is coming? Big price difference, for sure...

Maybe just put an automatic daily search on ebay and you never know, a cheaper than £39 set might come up....

Have you tried asking WHSmiths/Waterstones etc if they can order them in for you?

I'm looking for something which I am not sure even exists. Dd1 would like an mp3 player. It must have:
The capacity to store and view video
Be able to view photos
Have games on it

She would prefer it to also have a camera. Does such a product exist without having an i on the front of it's name? I suspect what she is actually asking for is the ipod touch. She is not getting an ipod touch.

No idea, but I am in an earlier age bracket, so have not had to investigate such items yet (other than for myself of course )

There are some mp4 players on ebay that seem to have cameras and games on, and can also play videos, around 30 pound if i remember correctly.

She is only 7. She is not getting an i anything that is more expensive than the shuffle. Still even an ipod touch is an improvemnt of last years request for her own laptop and a phone line in her bedroom

Ah Amazon and ebay both have loads. So much more pops up the search results when you ask for mp4 players and not mp3 players

Hello, can I have some help please?

ELC have these- although I thik they're quite expensive. There are quite a few on ebay at the mo (I'm looking too!) Normally called train tables I think.
