Am going to have to cut down on christmas expendeture BIG time this year.

One of my only talents lies in painting, I was thinking of doing some A4 paintings for my nieces and nephews for Xmas,

something like this here

but of them opening their presents.

and putting it in a frame.

Is that really shit?

I mean they are only young so I don't think they will appreciate it.

Don't want to appear cheap though :(

Gosh if you have that sort of talent, then yes I would. It will be something they will cherish forever.

Depends how old they are, they might not appreciate them now but will probably keep them forever. My nieces wouldn't really show much excitement for them but their parents would love them!

well it might not look like that but the sentiment will be there Grin

I dont think they will appreciate it although their parents prob will.

A paintng of their favourite disney character on a canvas maybe another option?

I don't think many children would appreciate a painting but maybe do it as a gift to the parent?

My small ones would rather you got them a load of cr*p in Poundland! My tweenies would like it.
