Have a look at any large trees in public places near you. It grows like a weed on the trees round here - sometimes on the lower branches. It grows on other "host" trees - its spread by bird poo I believe.....maybe traditionally the mistle thrush? Or maybe I made that up....

lol just wiki'ed it. I was right about it all excpet for the mistle thrush bit which I just made up.

Also remember its poisonous so put well out of reach of DCs.
