I'd like to be a bit more creative than getting a chocolate one from the shops next time I am in.

What can I do? The playmobil one sounds quite interesting but I've read that some people do their own? Well, the calendar bit is made and you add bits yourself.

ANy tips?

Playmobil is brilliant..

Or you can get a fabric one, or one like this and put tiny toys in it?

John Lewis have these:

Really lovely and you can use them every year. Put chocolates/sweets in the boxes. A bit expensive though. I want one Sad

It's lush! I have one that is a tree with little draws underneith which are inside painted doors. I bought it after christmas in the same from debenhams for £12.50. We just fill the draws up with chocolates, as he pulls a chocolate out there's a little decoration inside the draw that goes on the tree.

The john lewis tree rotates though....

Oh damn you belle! Grin

Perhaps I can get it for my Mum... sure she'd like it :)

(the amount of money I spend after threads like this on MN is ridiculous Grin )

Grin I don't like the house as much. I love the tree though, I can't justify buying another one though Sad
