Anyone else doing just a stocking for their dp this year?

We've decided to save to move so no BIG present as such each, just a stocking with some nice bits and pieces in it. Oh, and we're not limiting the amount spent either although the cheaper the better (without being nasty tat)

If you're only doing stockings for each other, what are you putting in there?

So far I have a few ideas . . . . new keyring (his is knackered and been superglued together a few times)
deodorant
something football related, not sure what yet
new lighter
choc coins, satsuma
fusion razor (he had one but can't find it)
Something alcoholic, probably small bottle of bacardi

I'd like to include a small item of jewellery but not too sure if he'd be a bit about it

Anyone got any other ideas?

I don't even do that to be honest. He is an adult, he will cope.

I will be doing my DH a stocking this year (we don't usually bother to buy each other anything but every few years I do a stocking to be nice ) and I'll probably put in similar to you OP and maybe a cd and dvd.

tickets for the cinema?
pair of xmas socks
cd/dvd/video game
bar of chocolate (big bar not teeny wee bar)
mp3 player? if he doesnt have one, can getthem for about £15

I think SexyDomesticatedDad has the idea: for years, I used to buy new underwear for myself as part of my now ex's Christmas present. I wouldn't have bothered with the sexy stuff otherwise, so was only dressing up in it for him to "unwrap" me. I have to say that he seemed sorry when I stopped that particular tradition ...

i think a stocking is a super idea, will talk to DH and do this ourselves, thank you

No I don't really do gifts, we don't really do birthdays either tbh.
