Hello
Being nosy as I am starting to think about Christmas!
What homemade goodies are you doing this year for decorations, gifts or youselves?
Looking for a bit of inspiration.
Doing the usual chutney adn onion marmalade with cheeses for my Dad who is very hard to give a gift to, but he loves this - will also give him some kind of collage of the dc's.
Lots or outdoorsy stuff sprayed gold for decorations.
might try and make some candles too.

I was starting to think about christmas too!
I was thinking for neices bunting that spells out their names for their bedrooms and for the little boys a home made toys. Hobbycraft have some free leaflets that I get ideas from.
Also making own necklaces/earings with beads as gifts as they are simple.
Hope other people put ideas on too and love the chutney and cheese platter idea!

Where are you getting your chutney recipes from tummytickler?

How difficult is it to make that bunting amummyinwaiting, do you need a sewing machine? Would love to make it for dd!

Moonlight - I get the recipes from all over the place - mostly my friends mother, she is a fount of knowledge when it comes to that kind of stuff.
Also internet and books.
I was also wondering about the bunting, I always mean to get around to making it, but do not have a machine. Might give it ago.
Yesterday we decorated Christmas stones for the garden (rocks covered in glitter by my 5 year old Grin)
Mummy in waiting - what homemade toys do you make the boys?
Would love it if people put there ideas on too.
Anyone know an easy way to make candles?
