Please pray for my little grandson.

I have asked before when he was born and knowing you were there really helped.

He is now 3. He has awful chicken pox. The spots are all down his throat and in his tummy, consequently he is not drinking. Syringing isn't working. My lovely girl rang 111 or whatever it is and they sounded extremely concerned and said to take him to A and E immediately.

I am so scared. She is a single Mum so I play a big part in his life due to helping her. He's so little.

All I can do is sit around waiting for updates and put on a brave face for his brother.

I already have a post on chat but I really would like to know people are praying for him. I am a bit lapsed myself but have recently thought about trying a few churches locally. I will be joining you with the prayers but can't help feeling God won't be over impressed with mu behaviour.

Please hold our little man in your hearts.

Praying for him, his mum and you.
God loves everyone who turns to Him.

Ooh thank you so much. Reading these has made me cry again. He is OK. It was 'just' dehydration. I was imagining sepsis or something. The hospital were wonderful and he is home again. I am sure that prayers help so thank you all.

@Greebosmum I'm so pleased to hear your grandson is home and getting better - prayer is powerful! I wanted to pick up where you said "I can't help feeling God won't be overly impressed with my behaviour"... please remember the story of the prodigal son: we have a loving and forgiving God and He will welcome you back with open arms! He will be so delighted that you've reached out for prayer and that you're considering trying out local churches!
