DD2 11wks has had two vomits in the last two days which have had little brown bits in it (she vomits lots throughout the day, the rest have been normal). She is BF, has reflux and is on Gaviscon and Omeprazole, and we both have thrush. Just spoke to the Dr and he said blood in babies vomit is less of a worry than in adults and as she seems fine in herself he is not worried. I just think blood in her vomit can't be normal, has anyone had any experience of this?
