What do you use on dry eyelids? ezcema at 13-months and frequent eye rubbing.

My DS has terrible eczema, though it has improved with age (20 months now) and virtually disappears once the temperature hits 20C (though he can bleed from top-to-toe during winter).

I've found 50/50, available over the counter, works really well. Its just like very greasy vaseline and really moisturises. Beware though, as I have read on other threads that some children's eczema reacts badly to it, so I'd try it on a less sensitive spot first. The consultant said its ok to use on his eyelids, but I'm still wary and only put it on when he's asleep.
