temp and soreness of arm after pre-school booster, how long does it last?

She is 3.5 and has never had a temp with any previous jabs but this has been a bit of a nasty one. Called nurse last night about the sore arm which she said was a normal symptom but not called yet about the temp...

I think the temp is normal too. My ds was bit off colour for a few days after, but he didn't have a temp with it. Have you given her some calpol or baby neurofen?
