What should I do to get more calcium into her, does she even need it? She eats just about everything and anything else and has quite a wide diet.

BTW did I mention its my birthday today?

Happy birthday.

Would not fuss about supplements. Spinach has calcium, as does yoghurt.

She has yoghurt is that enough though?

Will she have milk in any other forms- custard? Angel delight? Cream cheese rather than hard cheese? Try adding some milk to things like mashed potato, or a cheese sauce for pasta?

I wouldn't worry too much though if she is having yoghurt fairly often and otherwise a balanced diet.

Oh and Happy Birthday

Thank you Jaybird
Thank you Pozzled

Maybe I shouldn't worry too much, I don't suppose she'll get rickets.

Rickets is caused by vitamin D deficiency. Your body makes vitamin D from sunshine, so definitely no concern there.

She sounds fine.
