DS2 (10 months) puked twice all over me and the bed sheets this morning but has then been fine, he ate his breakfast as usual and then had some lentil puree at lunch time. He has been smiling and his usual self. He then puked again about half an hour ago, again loads of it all down himself! But he still seems fine, no temperature and he is sitting gurgling away and smiling ATM.

I'm not sure whether to offer any dinner now? Should I give him food ot just some breastmilk before bed? Help!

Was it puke puke? As in, he went a funny colour and really heaved or was it more a regurgitation?

My first thought would be offer bm only and see how he is in the morning.

I wouldn't risk it, tbh! He will be fine without it.

this morn it was more like just milk, he had just had a milk feed so brought that up. the recent puke was puke puke, he did a face like he was about to poo but then he barfed instead, all lentils and orange carrots etc and it smelled awful! so bad i threw the tshirt out.

feeding him on boob just now hence lower case. don't want him to have puke taste in his mouth!

Just bfeed. Easily digested, good for hydration, kind to the stomach.

I would never feed a child who has just thrown up everywhere
