DD came home from school with threadworm! FFS, worms! Yeuchh!

Not familiar with this problem. I gave them Ovex tablets - in fact we all had it - is it any good? Should I follow up with anything else?

Thanks

Orm, bed clothes washed, wash & hoover everywhere, clip fingernails, wash bums every morning, treat again in 2 weeks,
you are suppossed to keep the cleaning up for 6 weeks (or at least 2 weeks), its abit of a pain in the bum tbh (sorry for the pun)

Aha! Really? What a PITA.

OK. I have changed all the sheets anyway and have told them it's even more important to wash hands all the time. Will tell them about the bum-washing - that will go down well

Hedrin is fantastic. I had to use it 4 weeks in a row to finally get rid of them. Previously we only did it twice and it didn't seem to work. Just waiting for someone to pick them up again from school....
