Toddler line in forehead - is this anything to worry about?

Sorry if anybody has already seen this, I've just posted this is General Health by mistake.

Dd bumped her forehead a few weeks ago, there was a small bruise, line/dint and some redness, but otherwise she was fine.

Have just noticed her frown and there is still a line or dint.
I made the mistake of googling and it said a dent can be the sign of a fracture.

Can you take her to a health visitor clinic or similar? just to put your mind at rest?

Yes, I'm going to see the health visitor, but was hoping someone might know what it is in the meantime.
